Purpose of Maintaining the Amendment

The amended language provides clearer structure regarding attendance, participation limits, and governance procedures for former Presidents, while preserving their ability to contribute when invited and retaining their AGM voting privilege for twelve (12) months after leaving office. It also helps ensure Board meetings remain organized, efficient, and focused on current club operations.
