*Each candidate must specify the board position for which they are applying. A candidate may apply for only one board position during the same Annual General Meeting and may not submit their name for multiple positions in the hope of being elected to one of them.
However, if a board position has no declared candidates at the time of the Annual General Meeting, any eligible candidate who was not elected to their originally selected position may declare their intent to run for the unfilled position. A separate vote shall then be conducted for that position.

Motion to Uphold Previously Adopted Amendment to Bylaw 1-5
Motion to maintain and reaffirm the amended version of Bylaw 1-5 as previously approved by the Board of Directors.

Purpose of Maintaining the Amendment
The amended language provides clearer structure regarding attendance, participation limits, and governance procedures for former Presidents, while preserving their ability to contribute when invited and retaining their AGM voting privilege for twelve (12) months after leaving office. It also helps ensure Board meetings remain organized, efficient, and focused on current club operations.
