Check-In:
Check-In will be online
Nothing needed to scan or upload online.
On game day, you will check-in directly on your assigned field with the referees
Make sure you have your laminated players and coaches passes
Make sure you have you medical release forms (not needed for check-in)
ROSTER & PLAYER PASSES:
For every game, you are required to bring your coach & player passes. You must have a laminated pass for each player and coach. Without passes, the player or coach will not be permitted to participate. There is no need for printed rosters as the rosters will print on the match cards.
All rosters for the tournament must be built in GotSport.
A PLAYER CAN ONLY PLAY FOR ONE TEAM IN THIS TOURNAMENT
NO HANDWRITTEN NAMES ARE ALLOWED ON THE ROSTER, NO EXCEPTIONS
ROSTERS ARE FROZEN
GUEST PLAYERS NEED TO BE ADDED IN GOTSPORT AND ADDED TO YOUR ROSTER (please work with your club managers on how to do this) (NO PAPER GUEST FORMS ARE ALLOWED)

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
If there should be inclement weather all coaches, players and spectators should go directly to their vehicles. No shelter is available at the complex. Coaches and Team Managers will be updated accordingly via GotSport messaging.
ATHLETIC TRAINER:
There will be an athletic trainer available this weekend at the fields. If you need their assistance with wrapping an injury, please remember to bring your own tape.
PARKING:
Pack your patience. The parking lots will be busy this weekend. Please follow traffic patterns and do not park in areas marked "No Parking". Do not block any entrances and exits. Please be understanding with the volunteers. We encourage you to leave some extra time to find parking and walk to your field. DO NOT PARK IN THE Hillsborough Community College (HCC) LOTS
VENDORS:
There will be several different food and merchandise vendors onsite during the tournament for your convenience. We encourage you to stop by and check them out.
PETS:
No pets on the fields
NOISE MAKERS/SMOKE MACHINES:
Noise makers and smoke machines are prohibited
